On August 10, 2015 our Lucy girl turned one! We had a blast at her first birthday party which was held at a park near our house. Grandma Kitty and Grandpa Mike, Grandpa Mik and Cici, and Uncle Mark all came to town to party!
Shocker of the century, Lucy thought that having all of those folks that she loves in one place was the best thing ever. She definitely showed more interest in having her friends and family all there to hang out than she did with the presents. Thankfully, all of her friends definitely thought the presents were super cool, and so then so did Lucy.
The cake was made by Grandma Kitty and it was beautiful! Lucy thought that it was pretty cool having her own cake for sure, but she loved it so much she didn't really want to eat it!
Lucy was definitely overwhelmed by the cake, and we were all overwhelmed at the love of her friends and family that made time to come celebrate this sweet , happy gal of ours.
We love Lucy!
