All of the other stops were amazing, but on Saturday, June 29th we headed out to Richmond, Virginia to see my brother Clark marry my new sister Meredith. These two are just too ridiculously cute.

| Love them. |
But let me back it up.
The day started off right with a morning filled with fun! Meredith's mom Lori and her maid of honor Leslie took the liberty of getting all of us girls a limo to head out to some of the local wineries. It was a gorgeous morning, and we all felt so pampered and relaxed on what could have been a pretty crazy morning. I felt this was an awesome idea to keep the bride nice and mellow on her big day.

After the morning's festivities, we returned to the
Jasmine Plantation where the wedding was taking place- and where both sides of our new family were staying- to get gussied up for a beautiful wedding ceremony and a fun-filled night.
Meredith had such unique and gorgeous touches that she incorporated into every single moment of her wedding day. I was especially struck by this hanger for her gorgeous dress:

| Mrs. Lay |
From the moment we found our seats, to the last dregs of dancing (when the catering staff actually started pulling the chairs out from under us since no one was leaving) it was just the most lovely wedding!

| That handsome man of mine. |

| Mother of the Groom and her handsome man! |
 |
| My brother was just so pulled together - what a stud. |

These two stunning guys on the left have been in my brother's (and my) life for about 18 years now! They really clean up nicely, and it was so neat to see them stand up next to Clark. |

As I said, we danced and danced and danced. Then we ate cake and danced and stopped for cookies and danced some more! After everyone had finally
been kicked out by the banquet staff dispersed, us "kids" sat up until about four in the morning just catching up with all of our El Camino High School friends. Two of Clark's groomsmen, one of their wives, and a handful of wedding guests all went to high school with Megan, Clark, Matt, and I - that's right, we all went to high school over the same four-year span! Honestly, it was so fun to be sorta/kinda adults who all went to high school together, took various life paths, and came back together for a long wedding weekend. It is just too crazy how time flies!
We love you to pieces, Clarker and Mere! But although we loved the wedding, we are most excited to see the love in your marriage grow. Thanks for throwing an amazing party, and thanks for letting us come!
