As you all well know from past postings, we Woodland's are NOT typically happy Campers. Kelly hates being cold. Matt is firmly opposed to dirt. Unless, of course these things are kept safely out of our camping experience...as was the case this past weekend in Idyllwild when we (blessing of blessings) were invited BACK to the Fago's Cabin for one last camping trip before the snow hits!
We joined up with the Fago's, Smith's, and Beal's for a super-fast, super-fun weekend filled with action and entertainment! Or at least some really GOOFY Pictures!
And then there was Gabe Beal, who defied the odds with what we have come to lovingly refer to as "Dominatrix Chic"...I've never seen anyone pull off Leather, Studs, and a Wool Scarf with quite as much panache as Gabe. Work it BOY!!
During our excursion, Matt and Kelly became quite attached to this old boot we found in the town square...unfortunately neither one of us fit into a boot this size!
After a day of shopping and exploring Idyllwild, we were all HUNGRY! Thankfully we had Amy and Deidra to provide us with some much-needed sustinence. Our delicious Taco Fiesta Dinner was ready in no time!

This weekend was a true "WOODLAND STYLE CAMPING" slice-of-Heaven!!!

No, Mark, you and the Trav-ster are too beautiful...you would only make me look bad in my own pictures. It really all comes down to science.
That's my kind of camping!! I'm gonna have to get the details so I'm living in comfort the next time we go! Great boot shot by the way!
ok, its official...I'm going to need to get married by next fall! You guys make "couple camping" look WAY too much fun. (also, did i mention that I look great in hats)
